SUMMER TRAINING
Strength and Conditioning Camp (SAC)
9th - 12th grades
Date: June 10th - July 30th
(days may vary by week)
Time: 10am-12pm

Sport Specific Instruction (SSI)
​Date: Monday-Thursday (June & July)​​
Freshman: 6:30-7:25am
Sophomore-Senior: 7:25-8:25am

KOHS Volleyball Camp
Date: July 29th 2-4pm & 5-7pm
July 30th 10am-12pm & 1-3pm

Location: Texas Legacy Volleyball Club

TAV Team Camp
(All Klein Oak 10th-12th grade eligible)

9am - 11am AND 4-6pm
Teams will be posted on the website by 7pm on August 6th
Practice for all teams will begin on August 7th: 9-11am and 4-6pm AND August 8th 8:30-11:30am

Game Days: Tuesdays and Fridays

Mandatory Practice: After School till 5:00
Expected Costs: Practice Shirts, Shoes,Socks, Spandex, etc.
All summer activities are not required but highly encouraged!
All in season activities are required, beginning August 5th.
